Terms of Service

These terms cover any video you commission from Nightly Films LLC ("we", "us", "our").

They apply to anyone who books a Standard or Premium package, or requests a custom quote. Sending us your photos and confirming your order means you agree to them.

We offer two packages. Standard videos run up to 50 seconds; Premium videos run up to 150 seconds and add location highlights and VIP handling.

To make your video, we need your property photos and your listing details — the name, description, and a link if you have one. One good photo per room is usually enough.

You confirm that you own every image you send us, or have permission to use it. If someone later claims an image infringes their rights, you agree to cover any costs, damages, or claims that result, including ours.

We produce your video first and send you a watermarked draft to review. You owe us nothing until you've watched it and approved it.

Once you approve the draft, we send an invoice through Stripe. Paying it releases the final file, watermark-free.

Standard includes up to 3 rounds of revisions; Premium includes up to 5. A round is one consolidated set of change requests — send everything you want changed in one message, and we turn it around as a single pass.

Reshooting, new photos, or a script rewritten from scratch fall outside a round. If your listing changes significantly partway through, tell us and we'll quote the extra work separately.

We deliver your finished video as an MP4, sized for Airbnb, Vrbo, Instagram, and your own site.

We keep your project files — photos, script, and source footage — for 90 days after delivery, in case you need a small change or a re-export. After that, we may delete them.

Once delivered, your video is yours to use — a perpetual, unlimited licence to promote your property, with no expiry and no extra fee.

We keep the right to show the video as a sample of our work, including on this site. Tell us in writing if you'd rather we didn't, and we'll leave it out.

Either of us can step away at any point before payment, at no cost to either side and no explanation required.

Once you've paid and received the final file, the sale is final. Because we produce the video before you pay, there's no unfinished work left to refund.

Here's the deal: we build your video, you pay for it. Once it's delivered and approved, we're not liable for how it performs — bookings, revenue, or anything else downstream of putting it to use.

If we do get something wrong on our end, the most you can recover from us, for any claim, is the amount you paid for that video.

Nightly Films is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc., Vrbo, or any other listing platform. We're an independent video studio — any platform names on this site describe who we work with, nothing more.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
